Tip when using the Arbortext Editor.

Changing curly quotes to straight quotes and vice versa inside the Arbortext Editor. To insert a double quote in your document (either “, ”, or “), place your cursor  in the text and press the double-quote key on your keyboard once. The default quote is context sensitive. For example, if you press the double-quote key once immediately preceding text, you get a double opening quote (“). By pressing the key a second and third time, you cycle through the available double-quote options. The fourth time you press the key you return to the where you started.
